Terms for this site and our portals

HealSpace Springfield is an ORH Level 2 certified recovery home. We are not a clinical or medical provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We help residents connect with outside treatment providers, counselors and healthcare partners, but we do not deliver those services ourselves.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Do not use this website to report an emergency.

Submitting a housing application starts a review. It does not reserve a bed and does not create a tenancy or any other legal relationship. We admit applicants who meet our criteria and who we can safely house, subject to availability.

Please answer the application honestly. Decisions about admission and about your ongoing residency depend on it, and material misstatements may result in a withdrawn offer or discharge.

When you type or draw your name in a signature field and submit a form, you are signing it electronically. You agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one, and that we may keep it as a record of your agreement.

Resident and staff portal accounts are personal to you. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that appears to be misused or shared.

Portals contain other people’s confidential information. Accessing, copying or disclosing information about anyone other than yourself, without authorisation, is a serious breach of these terms and may be a breach of federal law.

Program fees, due dates and any financial assistance are set out in the agreement you sign at move-in. Amounts published on this site are indicative and may change.

We aim to keep the site and portals available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend them for maintenance. Where a portal is unavailable, contact us by phone or email.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to HealSpace Springfield. You may read and print pages for your own use in considering or managing a stay with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Nothing here limits any right you have under 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, or Ohio law.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
